Nordic Ware Platinum Holiday Wreath Bundt Pan

It is Nordicware. It will last forever, you can leave it in your will to the next generation of bakers. The details are incredible, but easy to clean. It costs a little more but you get a LOT more. Durability, Simplicity, and Beauty.

Very nice Bundt pan. I have a couple of Nordic Ware Bundt molds and they are the best! Made very well and nice designs. More expensive than others but you get what you pay for. I made this mold for 2 different Christmas gatherings and it was a hit both times. I decorated it for one and I had a little bit of an icing malfunction but I got lots of compliments on it. Make sure to use Baker’s Joy spray and don’t leave it in the mold for too long and it will release beautifully! It is a one occasion (Christmas) Bundt pan so you have to decide if it’s worth buying or not. Amazon has the best price I’ve seen and got it to me with really fast shipping in time for Christmas so I went for it. I recommend.

My wife doesn't do a ton of baking (I'm really the kitchen person in our family), but the one thing she does expertly bake every holiday is a pumpkin-chocolate Bundt cake. We've been using a flimsy stamped Walmart-brand Bundt pan for the last 15+ years, so I thought it was finally time to upgrade to a pan worthy of the cake. I'm giving it to her for Christmas, so we haven't had a chance to bake in it yet, but it's incredibly solid and weighty, and the interior non-stick coating seems like it'll release easily for the cake. I'm excited to eventually get to use this. UPDATE: it’s a year later and she’s had a chance to bake with the pan. It worked so well! And the cake cooked so much more evenly! Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Perfect pan for a festive Christmas cake. Cranberry cake was perfect and came right out of the pan.

Nordicware products are all well made. This one has a lovely design with lots of detail and yet the bundt cake comes out without sticking after baking. I suspect I will be handing this pan down for generations to come.

I love my Nordic Ware Bundt Pans! I started with one and I got addicted to the different designs so now I have 8. Keep in mind, this will be a smaller cake. A lot of people are saying it’s hard to remove the cake and it’s hard to clean. If you use Baker’s Joy baking spray before you put your batter in it the cake will easily slide out. Cleaning is not that bad, let the pan soak in water and dish soap for 10 minutes, then use the spray option in your kitchen faucet to rinse then cleaning is a breeze. I follow up with the sponge and soap as well to clean the inside and out. I am not an expert in baking but through the months I revised my recipes to make it my own and the designs of Nordic Ware Bundt pans made a lot of difference.

This is the perfect holiday wreath design to adorn your table for brunches, dessert tables and entertaining! The cake releases beautifully, since I used the floured baking spray before pouring the batter into the pan. This pan has also served as a lovely Jello salad mold. I sprayed a light mist of non-stick spray prior to pouring the Jello mixture in. Let the pan cool slightly before releasing your cake, and also let it sit several minutes before releasing the Jello. When I have given cakes to friends for the holidays from this wreath, they are overwhelmed at the beauty! It lays nicely on a cake plate without wobbling. Be sure to leave enough space for the cake to rise evenly to the edge of the pan. If you fill too high, it will puff up, and not lay well on your cake plate when inverted. Love this!

Lo stampo permette di creare una corona natalizia meravigliosa. Ho usato uno staccante per teglie e il dolce è uscito senza nessuna difficoltà. Consiglio di attendere che si raffreddi un po' prima di sformarlo. Il nome Nordic Ware è una garanzia.

Ich bin begeistert. Das ist eine tolle weihnachtliche Backform für Teigmengen, die ca. 300 g Mehl beinhalten, dafür passe ich die Rezepte von diversen Rühr- bzw. Kastenkuchen an. Ein Ausmehlen der Backform war bisher nicht nötig, der Einsatz von Backtrennspray reichte aus. Nach dem Backen 15 bis 20 Minuten auskühlen lassen und der Kuchen löst sich prima beim Stürzen aus seiner Form. Siehe Bilder. Ein einfaches Reinigen in heißem Spülwasser reicht aus und wird für die langanhaltende Qualität vom Hersteller empfohlen. Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.
