These long, flat, semi-wide skewers are perfect for making skewered shrimp and veggie K-bobs! Those thin steel of bamboo round skewers are always such a pain (unless you double them up) to turn on the grill. The veggies iui es and shrimp want to rotate on the round skewers but CAN'T on these. Simply flip 'em to the other side with no problem. (HINT: Wrap a small piece of aluminum foil around the end you will be gripping when you rotate them to prevent the skewer from burning!) They really do change the way you can grill any type of meat, veggies, or fruits on your grill!!!
