fun for the whole family
This is a really great card game for the whole family. The idea is simple, and my daughter who struggles to understand things, picked it up easily. The best part was hearing her absolutely howl with laugher at some of the results of the game.Great game for those both young and old

The Card Game of Doctor Mixups
There is something utterly bizarre and wonderful about 'Mixups' with its gallery of genetic mishaps. It is like an advanced game of snap where there is more than one element to snap on. Each card has a poor creature, spliced together from two parts. This may be a cat and a shark, or a bear and an owl. The next player then puts down their card and if one of their hideous experiments gone wrong match, the first player to slam their hand down and shout Mixup wins. Like snap then, but with more creatures from the depths of your imagination. It is a silly game and seeing the creatures is very funny. You can pick up what they are by looking, the name is a hint, or at the bottom of the card there are little images of the animals. It suits children who have grown out of normal snap as you do need to have a keener eye to win this game. It is good fun, but very odd and some of the photoshop work needs a little polishing. The reuse of photos is obvious at times and a wider mix of starter images would have made the game seem a little more quality. As it stands, this is still a very amusing game just beware of the OwlBear that hunt in the night.

Wonderfully unique and funny!
I was looking for something bit different to play with my kids and spotted this new game. The game is cute and clever and artwork is fabulous. There was a lot of laughter while we played this game. I have already ordered two more. One to share with family and another for a birthday party gift. Highly recommended!

Clever little game
Clever game, and is good to start with, but this isn't really a game you can play for long periods though it passes a bit of time.In terms of card games Dobble is a lot better.

Chidren liked this game.
Bought this for 6 year olds. Keeps them entertained for a while when they can't go outdoors when the weather is bad;.

Great fun and a hit with the whole family.
What a great game for all the family. Fun and easy to play, Mixups is a clever variation of snap with made up animals. We took it on holiday and played it every evening.

Cute
A cute snap style game, each card has a mixup of 2 animals giving you a double chance to get a match. Each mix up has comical names which will amuse young children for at least the first few times of playing. As there are only 55 cards in a pack, younger children will soon learn to recognise the pictures and there is a little diagram of the 2 animals at the bottom to help them with this e.g. Belephant is a bear with an elephants head, there are even more ridiculous mix ups with a Tigrel - a tiger's head on a squirrel's body. The aim is to call a mixup match first and claim the card and you can either have a timed game where the one with the most cards at the end wins or play until someone has all the cards. With a bit of imagination other games can be played, try it like normal snap for instance with 2 chances of a snap instead of an identical card. Gets to be more fun as you play more and remember the pictures.

Size matters
Purchased these cards for my granddaughter Looking at the box i was expecting a good size pack of cards. Easy to ready and easy to handle When we opened the box it was so deceiving the cards where so much smaller than expected. Very expensive to what they are. Won’t buy again
