This chair is exactly what I was looking for for my elderly mom. It came quickly, and was shipped neatly, and came with no damage!It was easy to assemble: came in 2 parts. The electronic remotes had to be connected also, which was SUPER easy to connect! The remotes are easy to use.It has comfortable material, more of a weave than a felt, yet smooth and soft. The cup holders are a great bonus and are removable for easy cleaning. It also has a pocket on each side.It reclines fully (Yay!) and also raises up fully (another big yay!). Mom used it immediately! And LOVES it! It is so reassuring to know she can get up and down on her own now.It also has the massage and heat too! Fantastic Bonus features for a fantastic chair. What a GREAT PURCHASE!THANK YOU

Very comfortable and perfect fitting chair for my 83-year-old mother who is 5‘5“ and about 160 pounds. Beautiful brown color. We paid more for set up and it was well worth it. Highly recommend!

Nice lift chair. Poor instructions. Certain wires will break if not disconnected, leaving you with a repair job. Lift chair will make noise in certain positions, probably needs a little lubricant or grease. I like the lift chair it has helped me considerably after my operation, It is well made and the cushions are not flat needing stuffing. I enjoy the comfort of the lift chair.

Bought this for my Son who had just had a total knee replacement. He is a big man and this sturdiness stood up to the challenge. Well made and he reports very comfortable. Easy to wipe down to keep clean. Just what he needed to help with his recovery.

I just received this today. It came sooner than I expected. It's a very nice lift chair with heat and massage. I'm glad I got this because I need help getting up and down. It's so much better than the picture. It's a solid chair and great size for a small space. I almost panicked when looking for the controls and an arm cushion but they were there packed in the chair.

Why the the hand set is lose and keeps on moving? Why can’t I rest my hands on the hand set. I’m lost.,no place in the picture is saying that the if I’m resting my hand on the hand set it goes down. I fault down 3 times on the side and almost broke my hand. Why there is no explanation about this part or picture showing this? I would not but it and wait a week. The massage also very weak, I don’t feel the heat. The chair rise up so slowly if I’m rushing to the restroom it is an issue getting me up so slow., if IKnew the hand set is now t secure I would not get Im this. I assume now I have to pack this heavy sofa and idk how to even take it to ups with my small car to return this, Idk why Amazon don’t check on the 3rd seller and letting any one sale on their site. I had to wait a good time for it to come. Pay some one to set it up. I assume to rerun now I have to pay person to pack it up then buy another one that hand set is secure to set it up. Im 100% unhappy with this sofa. I almost died, because I have never seen a hand set of any sis just goes down while I’m resting in it. I lost my balance not knowing this. No warning from the seller, nothing. 😡 what a waste of money

Very easy to put together (I never build furniture and I’m a smaller girl but building it by myself was easy). It is a smaller chair, good for a small adult or kid. Not very soft but it will work for what we need it for.

I needed a lift/recliner chair quickly for my elderly mother. This item got a couple of negative reviews, but I thought it would suit my needs. The chair is priced well for a smaller recliner/lift chair. I liked the lighter grey color (the online photo looked darker). The quality is good, the functionality is good. The massager is loud. The lift quiet. My mom is about 5'4 and her feet slightly hang off the foot rest. Delivery was great. They set the chair exactly where I asked them to. I was able to attach the back to the chair by myself. Items shifted during shipping and for a short time, I thought I was shorted an armrest, both remotes and the power cord. I called the phone number on the instruction manual, but they were quick to tell me they had no parts and they couldn't help me. I needed to contact Amazon. I was frustrated but thought to lift up the chair and check underneath. Sure enough the armrest and electronic box was stuck underneath the chair. Crisis averted. I think this chair is a good value for the price.
