The tea is not exactly sweet, less bitter than other green teas. It is refreshing and helps with bloating and digestion.

Its just green tea with bits of dandelion roots. It doesn't have any aroma. But its gives strong green tea flavour. I don't see any weight loss or other such claim. But yes its a good strong green tea you can enjoy. For rest you need a good habits and avoid over indulgence.

Value for money

I recently tried this tea and found that the taste was fairly decent – not too strong, not too weak, just right for a soothing cup. However, I was quite disappointed with the dandelion root content. The product description created an expectation of a rich blend, but it turns out the dandelion roots are very sparse in each tea bag, barely making up 1% of the contents. This was a letdown as I was looking forward to the full benefits of dandelion. If you're not too particular about the dandelion content, the tea is otherwise okay for a casual sip.

Great health benefits. Taste is also okay. One doctor has recommended it for my mother . So i am using it for my mother as well as me since three years. It will prevent from liver diseases as well as gut problems. Good quality tea that has value for money. So go for it.
