Q: can you secure with Gorilla Glue construction adhesive to wall/ceiling?

These can definitely be installed using adhesive, and we recommend using PL Premium.

Q: Do you have same style but taller

You could buy two, cut the one and glue it together. That’s what I did for one of mine that I needed a difference size for.

Q: Is there a back on the frame?

No, there is no back, it is just a 4 sided frame.

Q: Can these be added to cabinets?

I would imagine they could based on the ordering the right size and if you were painting the cabinets. if not, I'd say no since they'd look odd if they weren't painted. good luck.
