Q: My Tortious's are insode for the winter. I have them in a childs hard plastic pool. Can i use this product safely?

I wouldn't use this. Although it is coated pretty well, it is not intended for use around water. It would work if you can assure it won't get wet, but will will lose a lot of heart into garage floor if that's where you are keeping your buddy. I would probably buy an aquarium heater with a plastic guard. Under 30 bucks on Amazon.
