I love AG1!!! I can literally feel a difference with my body when I have it (I don't get random cravings, or at least my bad food cravings are greatly reduced.). AG1 is insanely expensive! So I tried this as a substitute, as its ingredient and nutrition list was most similar to AG1 of those that I could compare. The flavor of this stuff is too sweet for my preference, but ok. I hope the ingredients are quality. I don't have a good way to confidently evaluate what was actually used. I think my cravings are less with this than without, but I'm not sure of that. My husband tells me that Jocko is some fitness influencer, or something like that (I don't remember exactly, nor do I care). Maybe his name makes you confident of this stuff..... Am I still consuming it? Yes- As I do think that my cravings are less, so I believe it is helping meet the nutritional needs that tend to spike my cravings (I crave unhealthy foods when I am low on sleep and certain nutrition.). Will I purchase it again? Probably not.

I ordered two bottles at first and was impressed enough that I’ve been through about 8 by now. The biggest improvement was my gut health. I throw in a scoop of creatine and they blend well. The peach just tastes sweet but the pineapple one tastes pretty good. I just down it in one shot. I did notice that the longer I took it, the less it helped with my gut health and I added another cheaper probiotic to my daily and it helped. That may just be the way my body adjusts to it. I recommend it to my friends.
