However, you still need to pre-treat stains (with the spot cleaner included) and then you have to press the pants and jacket (if you have a pants press or are good at ironing.) I use Dryel for everything but suits as I want those items professionally done. Other than the suits, I use it for just about all else - works well. **Q: Do the refills include another bag?** A: No, the refills do not include another bag. **Q: So in this box there is one bag plus 6 cloths?** A: No bag, just 6 refill cloths and the cleaning spray. **Q: I understand the stain remover part of this product, but how does steaming clothes in the dryer actually clean (rather than just "Febreeze") them?** A: The spray is a cleaner and the wet towlette does absorb the dirt and sweat from the clothing works great ,However every once in awhile i do take my clothes to dry cleaner .
