Fermented Skate Liver Oil - Orange - 6.0 FL Oz

It's not the first time I bought this item but I thought for once I should leave a review for it so others can get an idea of the benefits. From the second day of use my hair got so very soft it's as if straight out of a hair commercial (I didn't change anything else). Another effect I could notice was regarding dreams .. I always dream a lot and very vividly but when taking the skate liver oil I remember the dreams all day and don't forget them right after I wake up. Also my teeth feel much stronger, just after the first few uses. This is a genuine review I always only state the benefits that I can personally see and feel from using the product. I will be a long term customer for this amazing oil.

I'll be honest I'm vegan...well, I'm not a true vegan (obviously...) but there are some eras of my diet and supplementation that I can't seem to compromise on when it comes to the restrictions of my diet vs benefits. And FSLO is one of them. The taste is okay. Don't expect this to taste like a delicious treat...it's fermented fish oil. That said, the orange flavor does a lot in making it easier to palatte. And the effects well, do you ever really know fish oil is working? Who's to say, but I definitely feel better when taking it vs not. Maybe that's due to the purported health benefits. I feel like it helps my eyes, they're not dry. Vision seems better but that could be from a number of improvements i've made. Overall I feel better.

I take this oil for the health benefits. I can't say I experience anything directly magical as only time will tell with most foods. Although I can take it straight from a spoon I do recommend another method for the faint of heart or those who just don't like fish. It tastes exactly like an unsweetened holiday fruitcake covered with fish. I think the spices combined with the orange give the fruitcake vibe but it's an uncanny match as I love fruitcake and eat plenty around the holidays. That being said, I'm not convinced that it's a match made in heaven :) I do not really like the stevia in many other blends from this company but I can say that it sure helps make the taste a bit less of a surprise.

The flavor isn't bad. I've been called weird before, and that's fine, but I like kipper snacks (herring) and sardines. This stuff tastes even better. Since starting this supplement in Feb, my vitals have improved. BP has lowered into a more normal range and Vitamin D has increased. Pulse is more stable and less subject to fluctuations. I feel like taking this supplement has improved my mood, digestive tract functioning, and increased skin condition. It has a bunch of Vitamin D, even more than the cod liver oil. It also has about 1800ug of Vitamin A per 2mL dose. I called the manufacturer for Vitamin A and asked about taking this while pregnant, very helpful humans answered the phone and provided knowledgeable answers.

I thought I could get used to the nasty taste because of the health benefits. No way! Made me gag until the oil came back up. I've used fish oils before and none were this awful. Had to throw away

I originally started taking this in pill form to detox my pineal gland. I noticed that I was taking the suggested amount and it was working, but then I stopped seeing the effects. I decided to go all out and order the oil and it’s worked great. I recently decided to switch from taking 2ml to 4ml and my dreams have been more vivid than ever. I find it much easier to fall asleep and am more conscious of what I put in my body and how I treat the environment. I also have noticed that my autoimmune diseases have stopped bothering me so much. Also, I got my bf to start using it (2ml) and he’s been dreaming more than ever. We are excited to wake up and explain our dreams to one another. I am a loyal customer and will continue to be one.

Shipping was great but product not sure, i didn’t have anything else to compare. I couldn’t return because I opened the bottle. It smelled like rotten eggs. I have chickens so I know the smell of rotten eggs. I guessed because it was fermented?? But fermented cod liver oil doesn’t smells like that at all or close to that. I spend to much to wasted it. Beware about the smell and taste.
