Sorry I won't buy these again, yes they seem to work but these tablets stick in my throat even when broken in half... not just me my daughter had the same problem. We take numerous vitamins and minerals in tablet form every day but these are the only ones to get stuck in our throats. I will buy from same manufacturer if they do capsules or even coated, if not I will seek from another supplier as the product actually does work I have firmer stronger muscles after less than a month.... just gagging every time I take these is unpleasant

Good product - pills are on the larger side so if that’s a problem for you it may be difficult, but they are easy to split due to them having a perforation. Creatine works as intended - happy with everything

If you like me and you take daily vitamins, I’d highly recommend getting these and taking them alongside the rest, while I’m at the gym, I get my creatine in no problem but on my rest days sometimes I forget it’s just as important then so these have been very helpful helping me to make sure that I’m still taking creatine even on off days.

I can swallow most tablets with ease, but these I cannot swallow. Large, chalky and its 3 a day. For a 3 month supply this is going to be difficult…

La sésatiô de forcé et de gonflement des muscles est incroyable. J’ai pourtant dans ma jeunesse essayé les protéines, sans jamais obtenir ce résultat. Défaut de ces gélules. Elles font la taille de 2 doliprane 1000, et sont vraiment très dures à avaler pour moi avec un verre d’eau. Mais elles méritent quand même leurs 5 étoiles pour le résultat de dingue en mok s d’une semaine.
