**Q: When it says 15 inch computer do they mean width or diagonal?**
A: Well, my screen is 14-15 inches, and it fits in the bag beautifully.

A: it does have two height positions.  push all the way down and only bring up to first position which is lower then full position.  can operate with either

A: Yes. Including a zipper area for pens, etc, and another zipper area with a mesh.  Able to contain lots of small items and not worry about falling out. Also another area for passports, etc

**Q: Can this hold two 15" laptops**
A: It can easily hold them. There is one padded area for a computer and it is expandable. It could hold a 17" laptop, if desired.

I have a really bad neck, so carrying a traditional backpack for work was getting pretty painful. My doctor suggested I get a Rolling bag and I tried several before I got this one. What I like about it is that there is a convenient way to get to my laptop and charger and then the larger section holds bulkier items like a sweater, lunch bag and water bottle. I do think it’s going to scratch quite easily, but I really don’t mind because it is so much slimmer than some of the other options. I also really like that it has a top handle – making it easy to get in and out of my car without hurting myself. I was surprised that there are so few of these rolling bags that have that.
