It works depending how you use it
I used this tape in 2 different ways.- I fixed it on the floor around my pool: it didn't work , the pigeons still kept coming and it didnt scare them.- I fixed only the top of the tape on the wall/gate/windows around my pool and left the rest of tape free to move with the wind, it worked because the pigeons got scared with the noise and with the sun reflection. I put it on the same way around my balconies and they don’t come anymore.
