Perfect for the NoMoreBaby Hubby!
Bought these as a gift for my hubby after he agreed to get snippity snipped! He tried many different pairs and this one was his favorite! If they weren't so pricey I would have bought multiples, but I do a lot of laundry anyway so it was unnecessary. That being said, I think the price is valid! They do what they need too and are super durable. They are adjustable which helps when the swelling is fluctuating. Overall, I recommend them!

Soft and comfortable
My husband loves these briefs. The material is soft and breathable. The leg openings are roomy. The support pouch is his favorite feature. The fit, quality and overall appearance is excellent.

Updated - Good post surgery underwear.
UPDATE - See the original entry below as well as this update. I got these UFM Trunks to help with a Hydrocele (testicle with a fluid build-up around it). As noted originally, they weren't comfortable because of the added volume of the hydrocele. I tried them again about a week after the surgery, but swelling kept it uncomfortable. At about 12 days post surgery most of the swelling was gone so I tried one more time. It was great! Up until that time I'd been wearing only Jock straps and, I never thought I'd say this, the jock was the most comfortable thing I could wrap around my balls. When I tried the UFM's the last time they really cradled my balls, and cinching up the drawstring gave great support. An added benefit was the smooth fabric of the pouch was a lot easier on the stiches that were still present as compared to the open elastic mesh of the jock pouch. I only got one pair to start, but I'll probably be ordering more to make my recovery more pleasant. Just in case any other guys out there have similar needs post surgery, plain cotton low-rise briefs were probably second on the comfort and support scale. My normal boxer briefs didn't seem to have the lift I wanted.I got these to try because I have a hydrocele. I was hoping they would wrap around the enlarged testicle and hold it up, but the pouch seems as though it just doesn't have enough volume to handle the larger package so I get shifted to one side and the channel the drawstring rides in ends up digging in along the side of my groin. It's not too uncomfortable, but you know things aren't hanging right down below. Maybe after I've had the hydrocele repaired and lose the extra volume it will be more comfortable.I do like the adjustable pouch - it seems to be a good idea. I've tried Saxx and the Hanes Total Support and they're OK but not great for me either.

Your balls will feel great
Okay so let me just say it. These underpants make your twig and berries feel great. The adjustable draw string works really well and can be adjusted for more or less support depending on what your doing on any particular day. Just be informed that if you get these, your wife will make fun of you every morning she sees you wearing them when you're getting dressed. But they are worth it. They do fit a bit snug so I have then in two sizes for dress and for outdoors activities.

This underwear is life-changing magic.
With my old underwear, I suffered near-constant pain. I did not have the support I needed, and jock straps were too restricting. When I say near-constant pain, I mean that I could not stand or walk for twenty minutes before the pain became debilitating. Even if I sat down for the whole day, by nighttime, I would experience a dull ache in my groin from the weight that was pulling down. This underwear is what I imagine a really good bra must do for a woman. The string supports me, and the extra...pouch?...in the front gives me extra room. I've had this pair for three days now, and I have ordered several more. I keep washing these because when I go back to my old underwear I feel pain. I haven't felt any pain when I have these on. They even stop the pain if I had my old underwear on and was standing while cooking dinner. If you have pain in your groin from standing/walking, I highly recommend this underwear. It's comfortable and supportive.

Not well thought out
When you put these on, you have to pull up a draw string which goes around and behind your balls and pulls them away from your thighs. If you’re post-surgery with an ice bag, maybe that’s ok. I’m looking for support for pre-op. The string pulls right where it’s painful; behind the balls. The design also traps the balls and penis together, which makes things hot and sweaty. Finally, to pee, you have to undo the entire thing and pull the penis out and over the waist, then pull everything back where it’s supposed to be. I’m not a fan.
