Just colored vinegar.
No malt flavor, it is just colored vinegar. A disappointment.

Overpriced and poor quality! Not at all like the non brewed condiment I used to find back in blighty chippies!

I don't have vinegar that often but when I do, it has to be non-brewed condiment. Great taste, perfect on chips et al. Although prices have gone up, buying these larger sizes rather than at your local Chippie is better value for money. Good product.
