I ordered some 2x2 from a pharmacy (expensive) and it work well by placing small pieces cut from the 2x2 squares in the wound. I washed it out daily until it was "stuck" hard and left the wound to heal . . . it did. I've used it since, whenever I have a worrisome wound to dress. I bought the 6x6 size since it is a much better price then the 2x2's, and if I never use it up, no problem. Review: Great

They work I wish there were larger squares

Wasn't the same as the prescription Aquacell, but it was a good substitute until the Aquacell with silver arrived.
