Turning 50 next year and unfortunately already beginning to have inflammation and pain in my ankle. Bought these to take due to their high amount of turmeric and good reviews. I couldn’t be happier. These combined with a good glucosamine and condroitin gummy have me feeling like a new woman and like I’ve rolled back time for my joints. You don’t have to combine them though. This works well on its own. But the duo is extraordinary for me. I can now go back to exercising daily for one hr or more with no pain. So happy with my purchase. Also working well for my 75 yo mother. Taste is okay. You can definitely taste the pepper but that’s necessary for better absorption of the turmeric. Just buy it.

I think this is my 3rd purchase of these gummies. Tried several other brands but as far as taste and inflammation relief this one wins hands down. These gummies do not stick to the bottle like so many others and the ginger added is not overpowering.
