I love that these are high availability, and high quality. There are no fillers or other crap to worry about. Just pure clean ingredients. I have been very happy with this brand, and will continue to buy their supplements. The price point is a little higher than others, but I think the value of these being a much higher quality is worth it.

Capsule is huge. Hard to swallow

It was exactly what I expected. So far so good.

I was using another brand with 3mg of boron. As do many, many supplements, it had magnesium stearate which is used to help the machine make the capsules but not so great for humans. Since this is a higher dose and no magnesium stearate, I decided to switch. The capsule size is fairly small and about the same size as the other brand. It has a lot of air in it. I wondered if it really has the amount of supplement it is claimed to have. But the vendor specifically says that the capsule isn't full because they don't use fillers. I'm going to assume that the vendor makes it correctly. Since I started taking boron, I noticed my knees have not been hurting any. Don't know if just coincidence or not, but I'll take it. The primary reason I started to take boron was for hormone balance. On my latest blood test, my estradiol levels had lowered. Again, I don't know for certain the reason, but I think the boron is part of why. I will continue to take this product.

These capsules are the exact size of the 10mg. capsules so I opened one and it was full. How is tha possible? I tossed these because there is suspicion of doubt. I’ll just keep taking the 10mg. capsules. The 5mg. Must have a lot of glycine filler which doesn’t agree with me.
