Liquid Mineral Supplement, Iron, Nordic Blueberries, Full of Beneficial antioxidants

My primary doctor told me that I was anemic, and that I should eat more foods with iron. I ask if I should take an iron supplement, and the doctor told me that I should. My energy level improved and I now feel a lot better. This liquid berry iron supplement was easy to take and very tasty. Iron pills were to difficult for me to swallow. I am now more energetic and feel less tired. I am exercising again and going out more. I am very happy with this tasty product. The liquid Mineral Supplement is the way to go if you can't take the pills! Vegetarian and vegan ,antioxidants ,gentle on the stomach. Also, vitamin e and vitamin c, natural blueberry ,vitamin B12,biotin,and zinc! All you need is two teaspoonful's daily. I love this Blue Iron Liquid iron and I will order again!

This iron product is easy to use. It tastes like a very mild prune juice. Nothing bad or strong. Nice smell to the product. It goes down easy and because it is liquid and a food supplement it is easy to absorb. It is 20% pear and 1% blueberry concentrate and aroma. Contains lots of other helpful supplements {c ,e, folate,b12, biotin and zinc}.I would recommend this product. I think children would like it too. It could easily be mixed with other beverages. I have chronic low iron and have struggled with finding an iron product that is easily digested and non-constipating and provides a consistent, well-absorbed iron.

I’m a vegetarian who tries my best to get a nutrient full diet, but I started feeling so sluggish and off. I could never get enough sleep to feel rested! My lab results showed I am extremely iron deficient so I ordered this. Within days, I noticed an actual significant difference in my energy levels- I was surprised because I am quite the skeptic when it comes to trying new things! I will note- this taste is really hard to get used to. The initial taste is good but then you’re hit with a an overwhelming taste of metal that lingers for a bit. This doesn’t deter me from continuing to use this product as it really works!

Does it taste good? Is it yummy? No, the first taste to hit your taste buds is a lovely blueberry taste, then it tastes like liquid iron with that faint blood taste, but it's bearable. It's also getting easier the longer I take it. The best thing is I am feeling more energy! I have tried sooo many supplements with little to no difference. The only thing that has worked was when I went into the hospital and was given a bag of it through an iv. This I started feeling the difference the 2nd day.

Doesn’t taste as awful as it could and is probably a good way to build up iron stores, but I haven’t been using it long enough to see if it cured my low iron blood test. Just grading it on the taste for now. I’ll check back in in about 2 more months to see if it made a difference over a 3- month period.UPDATE:I’m changing my review from 4 stars to 1 because I got really ill from taking this stuff. Then I could not get a refund. Let me tell you what happened.Ok.. I ran out of the first bottle, so I ordered a second bottle. Shortly after taking the first dose, I felt nauseated and vomited. 12 hours later, I took the second dose even though I still felt sick because I didn’t realize it was the iron. Again, I was sick as a dog with nausea, diarrhea and two more episodes of vomiting. At this point, it was obvious that it was the iron so I stopped taking it. I tried to return it and get a refund, but the app said I couldn’t return it, so I had to throw away a full bottle!!! Not happy about that...money down the drain! What a waste!! I think I must’ve gotten a bad bottle. Scary!! Either the return policy needs to improve or I won’t ever order this item again. I just don’t have $28 to flush down the toilet. No pun intended.

My daughter who has a lot of health problems recommended this as at 79 I seemed to be getting more and more tired. I am her caretaker and do a lot in the house and cooking and laundry and grocery shopping. I tried the product and it is working great. I do not get nearly as tired and after years of getting short of breath due to childhood asthma I notice that I am not nearly so short of breath after vacuuming etc. The taste is great and I am happy with this product. While not terrible, it tastes like blueberry flavored blood. Liquid iron is going to taste that way so not much can be done. I told my friends on Facebook I can now imagine how Dracula would feel if he bit Violet Beauregard from Willy Wonka. It helps a bit to keep it in the fridge. Chilling makes it easier to swallow. Hold your nose and drink or eat something as a chaser right after. On a positive note, I think it is treating my iron deficiency quite effectively. BTW, I think the sensitivity to the strong iron taste can be your body's way of self-limiting and determining if you have had enough. If I am very deficient I think liquid iron tastes delicious. If I have plenty it is hard to choke it down. Listen to that for yourself and adjust to a lower dose if you feel genuinely revolted. I only take 1 teaspoon even though the dosage for me should be 2.
