Q: Do you have to season it first?

I did not season it first. It is the best frying pan that I have had for my flat top stove. It is very easy to clean.

Q: Can you use metal utensils with this pan.

Don't use any metal utensils with any non stick pans. Period. A family member used a metal instrument with this pan of mine and pan was ruined. Hopefully, they will understand in the future after a month of no allowances to pay for this. Otherwise, the non stick surface is quite robust. I had this pan for 4 years and until today, it was wonderful.

This should be communicated to the manufacturer. I don’t know.

Q: Does this pan have "eversmooth riveting system" that has no rivet heads inside the pan?

This is my go to pan. I read your question and was about to say there are no rivets inside the pan. However, I don't like to mislead so I got up and looked. I even took a picture of the pan but I can't find a place to attach it. If I could, you would see 3 rounded rivet heads inside the pan. Obviously they are not a bother to me. Handle will go in the oven at 400 degrees. I found that handy.
