When I had my first child, I was shocked by how much hair you lose during postpartum. I know you lose hair but didn’t expect that much to the point where I had bald spots. I felt embarrassed and my confidents were down the drain. Being stressed out with a newborn and a first time mother did not help too of course. Fast forward to before I had my second child, I did research on what brand/supplements that would help with the hair loss and came across Nutrafol. Coincidentally one of my friends also mentioned that she took Nutrafol for hair loss and had positive results. With a bit of research on Nutrafol, I decided on this supplement to take for postpartum. It has been 2 month now and I can see results. They are not drastic but it is working. It took sometime but I notice a lot of baby hair around my hairline around the 1 and a half month mark. The company recommended taking this for 3-5 months so I would need to take it longer to see better results. It tastes like fish oil capsules but it doesn’t have any aftertaste which is good. The bottle is glass and have weight to it. It’s definitely high quality. It is quite pricey but if you are desperate and want real results, this would be good for you.

Just looking at the ingredients on these makes me want to take them, as they are so nice! I’ve used the regular Nutrafol for women and has great results, so I have been really excited about trying these. They are pretty similar to the normal Nutrafol, but have some slightly different ingredients for postpartum.
