This is a very nice helmet. It is comfortable and has a really cool adjustment and light in the back. It fits me perfectly and is decently priced.

I bought 2 of these. 1 for my wife and 1 for myself. So far it looks good. Fit nice, not as comfortable as I'd hope. But it fit nice, light weight, easy to adjust and the light is nice to have on for any riding. I will update my review after a few months of using and see what happen. Here are some pros and cons about this helmet: Pros: - Cheap! - Easy to adjust - Removable paddings for washing - Comes with 3 light mode, flash, slow flash or always on. -Nice color variety, I recommend something bright. - Good fitting options for different head shape and size. This include the back adjustment for size and height. Cons: - Not very comfortable compare to other brand - After taking off the side strap have to be adjusted on the next use because the strap move at the anchor at the top of the helmet - It does not have a chin guard, this make the clip cut into your skin sometimes. I prefers D ring version instead of a clip. - It's cheap, you get what you pay for. At the end, helmet are still styrofoam/cooler box shaped for head. Make sure to check the date that was made because it should only last 5 yrs before replacement regardless of you drop it or not. All helmet are one time use, if you crash or drop from great height then you should trash it and replace it. That's why it is good to buy theses helmets. It look nice and not too expensive where you feel like you'd waste money if you replace it.

The Retrospec Silas is lightweight and cool on head with multiple vents it’s almost like your not wearing it the color is nice It fits well and the light on back is a nice safety feature seems fairly durable

Most bicycle helmets provide the same cranial protection. The difference I recently observed is that retail bicycle helmets that are cheap use a shiny plastic coating on the outside of the helmet while expensive helmets use a matted coating. Basically the only difference... This helmet is matted. Looks nice. Like the helmet back light.

The helmet itself is not too bad. It's very light and adjusts like most helmets. I bought a white one to keep the heat from the Florida sun from boiling my brains. Unfortunately, the rear warning light does not work. If you push the power/mode button, the light will not stay on. As long as you hold the button, the LEDs come on, but once you let go, it stays dark. I pushed it once and watched it for a couple of minutes with no results. Two, three, and four pushes garnered the same results. It's an OK helmet for riding, but plan on buying a separate light for safety.

Love the color, very nice matte teal that does match the picture on my phone. I have a just barely medium sized head, and it fits great.

This helmet is good looking,has a great head coverage, lightweight, sturdy and reasonably priced

Light doesn't stay on. Otherwise a decent helmet for the price.
