Some interesting pieces of history. Not enough to win top prize on jeopardy but fun. Some of the games are short and are solved pretty quickly but it's good for me. I find it relaxing to do before bedtime.,

There are 84 puzzles in this book. Each puzzle has 15 words, along with facts from world history about this topic. Most of the puzzles have 16 letters Across and 16 Letters Down, meaning that there aren't very many letters to scan when looking for the words. Most of the words are either horizontal or vertical. Only a small number are diagonal and most of them were on the left vertical side. The puzzles didn't take very long to finish. I'm giving this book a 5 but if you prefer to do more difficult puzzles, you may give it a lower grade.

I love word search puzzles that help me learn. This collection of unusual historical stories and their accompanying puzzles not only has brought me stories I've never heard before but interesting puzzles to solve. I wish the authors would create more. I think you'll enjoy it.

Great facts on each page; usually about 15 word to search; fairly tough and interesting. Large print, Yea!
