REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder Mix (Strawberry Lemonade)

I love all Re-Lyte products. It truly helps with hydration, balancing minerals, and nutrients. This is my go to when fasting it and I feel great. Sometimes your body doesn’t give you obvious signs that you’re deficient in a mineral, but drinking this regularly, you will start to see a difference whether it be energy, less irritability, less headaches/migraines, etc. I can drink a cup within 15 minutes when I feel a headache and migraine coming on and I can avoid a major one. There are too many companies that don’t choose the best ingredients even though they claim to be great for your health and that is not the case for the Redmond brand. No fillers, no sweeteners, only everything your body needs. Mixed berry, mango, and strawberry lemonade are my favorite. I will continue to buy and recommend them to everyone.

I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte mixes, but the REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Powder in the Cran Apple limited edition flavor is easily one of my new favorites. The taste is spot on; refreshing, not overly sweet, and with a crisp cran-apple balance that actually makes me look forward to drinking it. I’ve been using it for post partum hydration and on busy days, and I can genuinely feel the difference in my energy and hydration levels. No weird aftertaste, no artificial feeling, just clean ingredients that mix well and work. I also love that it’s low in sugar and doesn’t have any junk added. The limited-edition flavor is a fun bonus, and honestly, I hope they keep this one around permanently! Highly recommended if you want a delicious and effective electrolyte boost. I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

Pros: This is such a great product and very easy to use. Just add to your water and go. It has a great flavor and no after taste. It’s slightly cloudy when it mixes but does not have a color Cons: It does take a few minutes to dissolve so if you drink it to quickly you can get a strong flavor/salty taste.

Having tried various brands, these are by far my favorite electrolytes! The product dissolves well, tastes great, and gives you the most bang for your buck. I like that they come in a resealable container with a little scoop, making them easy to store and use. I have a subscribe-and-save set up for my favorite flavor (pina colada) and my husband’s (strawberry lemonade), but recently tried salty Palmer and loved that one, too! My husband thinks they taste a little salty, but as an electrolyte consumer for a number of years, I’ve grown to really enjoy that taste. I like that these are zero sugar and have clean, naturally derived ingredients. I drink them upon waking to rehydrate and energize for the day, but also use them during intense workouts to replenish. If I’m ever feeling foggy, fatigued, or headachy in the afternoon, I always reach for these first.

By far my most favorite flavor of electrolyte powder and the price per serving with the bulk container has made this my choice for daily hydration. I mix it a 1/4 strength in 12 oz of water, 4x/day for all day hydration. Will be trying more flavors but I don't believe that any can compete with the mixed berry. It mixes well, the quality of ingredients is solid and the results are exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite relyte water mix. I like how when the chocolate flavor gets diluted if the ice melts that it still tastes great. The other fruit flavored water is good at first but tastes off if it's diluted or sits too long like overnight. This chocolate water is always great but wish there was a larger package size

This stuff is awesome - tastes great and rehydrates you after a workout or hot day like nothing else. No chalky aftertaste or weird artificial flavors, just clean hydration that actually works. I've tried a bunch of different electrolyte mixes and this one is hands down the best. Mix it up and you can feel the difference in how quickly you recover and rehydrate. I’m so glad I discovered REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder Mix in the Watermelon Lime flavor! There are so many electrolytes out there but this one was recommended as a second place alternative from chat GTP and it was right!!! I wanted something other then the one I was using which was very nice but breaking my fast by giving me 50cals each time THIS one however doesn't give you any calories AND suppresses hunger making it the perfect choice with 60servings. I can have multiple servings a day and still maintain my fast long as I want. How I take it is I put one scoop in my keep cold water bottle with some ice and I add some SUGAR FREE strawberry or cherries and berry's flavour juice for extra flavouring, add water and away we go. The hydration is a: 10 Price could be better: 7 Taste is good aslong as you have some sugar free juice to go with it :7 It's an absolute YES from me!

Löst sich gut auf und schmeckt angenehm, nicht zu süß. Ideal zur Unterstützung der Hydration, besonders bei Sport oder an anstrengenden Tagen. Gut verträglich und praktisch in der Anwendung. Würde ich wieder bestellen.

These electrolytes taste really good and are better value for money than other competing brands. They are still on the pricey side. They mix well when stirred and are good quality.
