BOAT has become worse
I bought this product Boat rockerz 245 v2 on 13 July. Received on 15 July.. the product I received was faulty one. It's microphone wasn't working. So I tried for replacement. 1st Amazon disappointed me. They said they will collect the faulty product. But they didn't reach me. Then I went to Boat service center on 26 July. They gave me the token no. And said that I will receive new/refurbished product in 5-7 days. So I waited for 7 days. But there was zero progress . The I called the customer care and they said wait for 2 days. I did the same . Still nothing happened. I again called the customer care, they said you will definitely get the product received in 2 days. This happened on Friday, 4th of August. And they did delivered the product but on 8 August. I thought finally all of this nonsense ended. But now the product I received ia also faulty. It's left side isn't working.There was a time when I was suggestingmy friends and family members to buy boat products because of product quality and their replacement policy.But this is completely unacceptable.😡😡

Battery life and range is very low
If I use it continuesly then suddenly battery goes from 80% to 30%.If I go to nearby room, it loose connectivity.Why battery life and Bluetooth range not shown in feature tab?Sound is very nice. User friendly device.

Digine was good. Sound average.i will parches this product. 1st time i will replace but 2nd time headphone 20 days later it will not proper work. Then i clam warrenty of boat official website. Menufactureing didn't proper instruction. Chip quality metrials. I am very upset this 😐
