I have seen it in 80 degree temperatures hold pressure in 10 minutes when applied according to the instructions.

Q: Will this work to glue vinyl fence pickets back in place? I don't care if it is blue as long as it holds the fence together!

To Thomas: if the fence is made of PVC, the manufacturer may specify PVC glue. Mine did.
