Perfect Pans
These are the best cookie sheets I have used. Nothing sticks and they are heavy. Easy to clean too. We also have the pizza pan and the same is true of it

Great sheet and rack!
I love the weight. It's not light, but not super heavy. It just feels durable. Both the rack and sheet are VERY easy to clean. You can't ask for much more.

I am really very happy with these cake pans! They are very nice pans and are very heavy duty. I have made two layer cakes with them so far and they both came out very well. I did purchase a package of 8 inch parchment paper circles at the same time which probably helped the layers to come out so easily. The pans wash up very easily and nothing stuck to them at all. My cakes baked very evenly in these pans. I hesitated to purchase them because they were so much more expensive than other pans but they are well worth the price!
