Grid one side plain on other makes it flexible in use.
Love this "blotter" as have the need to scribble down names/numbers. The sheets have a grid on one side and plain on the other. The corner retainers are a little flimsy but so far OK. Very pleased.

large format
bought to plan new wiring schematic for campervan, being lined/boxed enables a neat and tidy wiring diagram with enough room to get every thing draw @ a decent scale, it comes pre packed with a backing board to prevent unessesary indentation/ bleed through if using markers and corner tabs to hold it all together lile a draughtmans board

Desktop blotter.
Except that it does not come with blotting paper, it hardly lives up to its name. But looks OK on my desk along with other accessories.

The paper is thicker than I thought it would be, and the grid is darker than I had anticipated, but it's turned out to work well for me. I use felt tip pens for the most part with writing on the paper. It doesn't bleed through, and I can see my writing easily over the grid. The corners that hold the paper in are flimsy faux leather stuff, but I wasn't expecting anything superior with the cost of this item being so low. That is the least of my concerns, but it might be of higher priority for someone else so I thought I should share. I would purchase again. I really like having this desk pad and I love the grid pattern. With the kinds of lists and important information I have to write down for work on a daily basis, it's made organizing much easier, and I have all my important noted right in front of me so I don't forget stuff like I used to.

I was disappointed with this product. The quality was not great. Design was good but it was not professional looking. But flimsy

Not at all the quality I was expecting, especially for this price. I definitely do not recommend this product.

I work from home and often speak to clients on the phone. I've developed a habit of jotting down quick notes/reminders on the desk calendar I had beneath my mousepad, and not using it as a calendar. Once I reached December, I decided to search for a desk blotter that was actually paper vs a calendar. I read the reviews for this item and someone mentioned it was just a pad of graph paper inside of a blotter 'frame' and that is accurate. It is what I wanted, but if you're seeking something more sturdy than this isn't for you. The pages aren't attached so they can easily be removed to reveal the next clean sheet. If the pad seems too thick, then you can remove the extra pages and only use a few at a time. Again, this is exactly what I wanted and the description and reviews are accurate. Great product!

smaller than what i had before but that is ok. The graph lines are clear and ther pages are not attached via perforation. You just slip them out of the four corner pockets and move on. The back side is not graphed but you could turn it over and use back side, also. I put notes on mine as i think of things, and try to keep them in categories, thus the graph lines
