Works Perfect. Easy install. Arrived a day earlier than expected. Small slender package. Clear directions. I've now purchased a bidet from this seller 3x for different homes. The price is well worth it and I will continue to refer it. What a simple affordable way to update your bathroom. Now anyone can afford to have a clean bottom! **This is a must for folks who have a septic tank. No more worry over that B.S. tissue paper or guests flushing wipes. -my whole family has private septic tanks and I cringe when visiting. Can't stand septic safe tissue paper and I especially cannot stomach having to throw away used wipes! This is a solution and everyone is getting one as gifts. Also, I prefer these models over the entire seat replacement bidets or the separate standalone bidets. One important mention is that you don't have to worry whether the toilet seat you're buying for is round or oval before ordering... it's the same installation for either since it doesn't involve the seat. I also Love that there is no extra bulk or slanted seat to look at. My $300 bidet is heated and has all the bells and whistles, I do love it, but it is BULKY and I had to remove & store the entire seat the new toilet came with In order to use it. I also had to install an electrical outlet. With this model, you just attach an extension and an adapter to the existing pipe (which are included) underneath your existing toilet seat. The water pressure is perfect and not having the hot water option isn't nearly as bad as I had thought. I should've did this years ago for my guests. (I live in California, so we're not getting freezing pipes either) I first was introduced to this brand by my uncle who installed these in his guest baths in Rhode Island. I've since pitched them for a home in Massachusetts and overseas in Cape Verde. I'm thankful for the first hand family refer and feel great about passing along the refer to others. I've had this for a few months now and it still works great! INSTALLATION: Most people should be able to install this easily, however I don't have any experience with this type of thing. Be very careful that you install the nut with the threads facing the proper way; I stripped them easily which caused a leak that rendered my whole toilet unusable and caused a lot of frustration. Once I replaced the nut and got some help, it was great! PRESSURE/FLOW: The pressure adjustment is not super sensitive like some bidets so you have a wide range between a soft flow and a harder flow. I've used some bidets where a millimeter makes the difference between a comfortable or painful flow, but this one is not like that. USE/INTERFACE: I really like the handle twist operation. It's simple to navigate for new users or children/elderly, very straightforward. It makes for a clean, attractive design. This also did not bulk up my toilet seat so I didn't need risers for the front half of it like some models require. It's unnoticeable! FEMININE WASH: It's very convenient having the feminine wash, specifically after working out or during my time of the month. Even if you are a man, if you have a woman in your life, she will appreciate having this available and feel more comfortable because of it. Having that option for this price is amazing. CONS: I didn't want to get a warm water bidet because of the price and I figured that might be even more difficult for me to install, but sometimes I do wish I had the option. However, that's not the product's fault but just remember this does not have a warm option. In conclusion, for the price, it really is an excellent product. It's honestly life-changing to have a bidet and I recommend them to everyone. You will feel cleaner, clean yourself faster, and save money on toilet paper. If it had a drying function, I would no longer buy toilet paper at all (those styles are quite an investment, however). This is a major improvement in my life as-is. As mentioned, the price is truly unbeatable for the product you're receiving. I was prepared to pay double for what I considered an "inexpensive" type and I'm so glad I found this. You will not be disappointed.

It has a pretty powerful spray and works the way it is designed to. Let's just say it is angled in just the right position (for the bum anyway). TMI alert: It doesn't work as well for the female parts though since it still just sprayed my butt and didn't really get up there far enough to the front to reach my lady bits. I think you would need a front facing nozzle and my husband suggesting straddling the toilet but that didn't work well either (it was hard to get my legs over the switch and it just sprayed my stomach). Overall, it was a good value and I definitely feel cleaner & you just need a bit of tp to dry off for the cleaner poos (although I still use wipes & tp for the messier ones). The installation was fairly easy as well.

Life changing product. I have used this every day for four years. It still works perfectly, I sing its praises every day. A very simple device, which is superior to more advanced models. Nice (adjustable) water pressure. Clean modern look. Works and looks like it did on day one.

Pretty easy to install. I have to adjust my position on the toilet in order to benefit from the device. Otherwise it’s aesthetically not intrusive. The twist handle is intuitive.

The parts and UK water pipe sizes do not match

Wish I'd read the reviews. Impossible to plumb this in. My husband plumbed the whole house but couldn't source connections that would adapt the fittings of this device. Don't see a way to contact the supplier either. If anyone has a solution please post it in the questions section.

Muy buen producto. Es delgado así que no interfiere con el cerrado de la tapa w.c. Fácil instalación, pero si hay que ajustarlo muy bien con la cinta de teflón que trae para evitar fugas. Se adapta muy bien a w.c. de México
