Great way to carb up a pinch and with a hint of caffeine.
GU is great and any taste. I use it before swimming, a long hike or during golf to both settle my stomach and give me just a little pick me up with the small amount of caffeine it has. Great while traveling.

Tastes Great and Provide Quick Energy
I am a distance cyclist and the Gu Gels provide a tasty energy boost that is absorbed quickly and turned into necessary energy when I am lagging. I am always surprised at how well these work and the fact that they taste so good. They are a great quick pick-me-up.

Good for endurance
I always go to these for long endurance things. I brought this on my 200+ mile bike ride in this helped me stay fueled when I didn’t have other food with me. Plus it taste of this brand is always nice.
