Rip in box when arrived

Cool pop, love the show but the product was damaged which is such a shame and a waste of money

The box was completely broken this is not right as these are collectibles and expensive
The media could not be loaded. As you can see in the video above the plastic on the box is broken and completely defeats the purpose
