Will this hold a dslr with lens and microphone?

Yes. I use a Sony A6100, with a 16mm Sigma lens.

Has anyone mounted this to a desk? Can you use the base with the multi-mount instead of the clip?

Can I use the flexarm with the wall mount?

Can this rotate 90 degrees so the bar is completly flush with the wall?
