Removing some very spikey bushes and getting scratched as you do. We had lots more to remove and his arms were getting really scratched, and his new tattoo took one right across the face. These arrived the next day and were so good. Very comfortable and protected his arms and his new tattoos! It was a hot day so he did say they were rather warm to work in but that was to be expected. They are a nice thick black suede, nicely loose enough you don’t feel restricted, which was my worry, but weren’t too baggy, he had a black T-shirt on and it looked like he was just wearing a black jumper. The top Velcro straps work well. I used them for the apple trees too, he said that he could lean in easier as you weren’t worried about little pokey twigs. He does welding also so they will come in handy for sure.

Given these a 5 *I hope that they will be the best option of protection available for my use. I am a feline groomer who works solo. Yes there are bite proof gauntlets, but they are too thick when you are using scissors, others do not stop cat fangs piercing through them. Hence my choice of these. The strip which allows for a snug fit is perfect as this allows different forearm widths. Price is excellent as well. Only downside for me is they are black, cat fluff will stick to it, BUT they are for welding arn't they, not for what I am wanting to do with them so that's fair enough. They feel really nice to wear always a bonus, when wearing for a long period of time. I would definitely recommend these for what they are meant to be used for.

So I see lots use these for welding protection and that's great. But I have a slightly different use for them. I'm a wheelchair user and one of the problems with power-assist wheels is that they kick water and dirt and whatever is on the ground up and into my sleeves. In a month, I ruined two sweaters and a jacket and that's a very, very expensive little problem. (It also ruined a pair of gloves but that's just a cost I'll need to eat!) Bought these, and they're durable enough for now that these leather sleeves take the brunt of the damage. A quick brush down and they're ready for the next adventure. They stay up well enough and they firmly go over any gloves and glove liners I'm wearing. They are a little bulky in the rucksack, but that's just an indication these are quite heavy-duty. Will need to make a couple minor adjustments - mostly just adding some reflective accents for night time riding - but for the moment, they have been a good investment. Worth considering if you just need some extra arm or sleeve protection.

This is really good at protecting your arms from the mig welder. Now just to find some gloves that don't let your hands get too hot.

Use these at work plamsering a little expensive does the job ok no burns

These sleeves are great. It's been holding up great against the spatter and slag from welding. I could agree with some other reviews about the velcro not holding well only..

Die Ärmlinge sind top, zumindest für das wofür ich sie brauche. Leicht anzuziehen und mit dem Klettband auch gut auf die jeweilige Größe einzustellen. Und was ich auch erst später gesehen habe, kann man die auch an einer Schweißschürzen befestigt. Also bis jetzt bin ich mehr als zu frieden. 👍😀
