Alexander + David Women’s Loose Blazer Jacket Suit, Oversized and Loose Fit Work Blazer with Double Buttons

This blazer is perfect. The color and fit is great. I was gifted the black blazer for Christmas and then quickly bought the orange/rust one shortly after. It is designed to be oversized so my regular size was perfect. It comes to my mid thighs. I have short arms so had to roll the sleeves once but I liked the look of it that way anyway. It is lined on the inside so feels nicely made too. My only complaint would be that the pockets are fake but this isn’t uncommon with this style of jacket. I loved it & wish there is more colours as I would buy them all. Super flattering on all body types!

I ordered there last XL in hopes I could play it off as just oversized...sadly it did not work. I think I needed a medium or could probably have swung a large. I thought it was very nicely made, great for the price, and would have been a perfect jacket for work and play! I will keep an eye out for a smaller size! I am 5'6 160 with a larger bust. Giving 5 stars because I would have kept it if it had fit smaller.

I'm regularly disappointed with either the quality of the product I purchased or the difference between what was shown online and what I actually received. I received this jacket today and am very pleased. I'm 5'4'" and 130 pounds and the small fits great. I wish it came in different colors. No smoke and mirrors here, its a good one!

Being a former seamstress, I’ve been sewing for over 45 years. Rarely have I purchased a tailored jacket that passes close scrutiny. I absolutely LOVE this jacket. The only thing I adjusted was to trim a couple of stray threads on the buttonholes. I am 5 ft. 3 in. and weigh 126 lbs. The medium is very roomy on me but I have broad shoulders. The rust color is not too orange, almost a dark camel, and is a color I will wear with jeans (any shade) or with a dress. I needed a jacket on short notice for a dressy occasion and this jacket would easily bring $150-200 if commissioned so it’s an incredible find. Ladies, don’t forget to remove the single row of stitching inside at the tops of the pockets because they ARE functioning pockets. I’m seriously considering getting it in black also.

What's not to like? The material is gorgeous and the lining as well. This could be worn with jeans, dress pants, or a dress. As for the fit, I am 5'2", weigh 100 lb. so the blazer stops about 3" short of my knees. I like this length on me, and I can envision so many ways I can change the look. Rarely have I been so pleased with something I ordered online. You have to buy this blazer!

Very nice lightweight jacket. I am 5’8” and 175. Perfect warm weather finisher, with jeans or to work.

The fabric is light but warm and comfortable. The fit is as described. I like the double button front, and the overall look is really elegant. I love the lining, and find that is the perfect addition to a fall wardrobe!

I was looking for a black blazer that I could dress up or down and this is perfect. The material is very nice and completely lined; not like cheap blazers where only part of the blazer is lined. The material is soft but sturdy. I am a size 14/large (40C) and it fit perfectly in the large. It falls just below the butt (I am 5'7.5"). The length of the arms is perfect - falls just where it should. It can be worn in spring, fall, winter. Can be worn with nice pants, jeans, leggings, etc.I bought this because I saw a review from a seamstress who gave it a positive rating and she was right. I have nothing negative to state about this item. I wish it came in other colors besides the cream color - too clumsy for cream. Highly recommend.
