It came missing the pump. I don't know if it's included or not but it shows in the pictures. Also it didn't clean the tiles as I expected.

So this isn't a product that you just dump on your floor or in a bucket and use right away 1st you want to use it to scrub the tile and scrub the ground and get a really good lift you need to let it sit for like 5 to 10 minutes for it to really pull up the dirt then wipe it away and go rear floor with water once you do this 1 or 2 times you will get and then you'll be able to just add it to your mouth water but it's not something you can just mob over once with right away

This product is by far the best tile and grout cleaner I have ever used. I tried everything to clean my flooring grout but nothing even came close to Tile Time. This is a "must try" for everyone!
