What size would fit a 6’O” 235lb man?

My GUESS is XL. The legs on these pants are not "roomy"; they actually seem a little slimmer than most. So they are not "loose fit". It's about your waist size too, of course. The cool thing about these pants is that you don't have to take them to a shop to hem the bottoms. They employ a velcro system that keeps the pant bottoms at any length you want (within that size range). I'm pretty sure AMZ will switch them out for you it you get the long size. So, it depends on how you spread out that 235 lbs. But for the record, I love these pants.

Are these pants adjustable length with Velcro?

Yes, the Mako II pants have the velcro to adjust length. We have two pair.
