Looks like the same product, but I would ask the seller directly **Q: What is the size of the balls? 11 inch or 12 inch** A: 12 inch **Q: Training program enclosed? I didnt get any papers included with a training program. Where is this located?** A: There a couple of things you can use this ball for. One to warm up the shoulder simulating the throwing motion or by doing forward and reverse arm circles. For pitchers, I use it warming up snaps, T's and windmill drills. For my older pitchers (13-14yrs old) I use it to pitch 3/4 speed. **Q: How much do the balls weigh?** A: Hi, 12 ounces.
