I started it today and can use my artistic skill to make this a fun experience and big take away help my empathic abilities.

This journal is a pleasure to even simply hold in your hands-it is so joyful and playful (which is uplifting for a usually quite serious empath) and yet so powerful and inspiring for your inner transformation from being lost to feeling empowered. It assists in becoming conscious of challenges and work through them in a gentle way. It would also make a great gift for any sensitive soul you might have in your life. I am so glad I have it.
