Excellent quality, keeps good time and the chime is just right in volume. A soothing tone.

The cabinet is definitely the selling point it seems well made, is attractive and as advertised. The electronics have been good, although seem cheaply made, but you can't see them. Keeps good time and the tones are great. Very happy with the purchase.

Like all Howard Miller clocks, it is a beautiful clock that keeps good time. BUT...- The instructions are sparse, you must read them with a magnifying glass, and you must decipher them to understand what they say (strange for a USA company).- The Chimes sound SOUR, off-tune, and warbly.- No matter what I have done or what I have tried, it always Chimes TWO MINUTES before the hour. I have scoured the Howard Miller website for instructions specific to this clock on how to fix this, but no luck. I found instructions for other wall clocks that suggested taking the minute hand off and preplacing it pointing at a point two minutes earlier, but that will not work with this clock unless I take the clock apart (for some reason the clock face and clockworks are attached to the DOOR instead of the back of the clock. While that makes it easier to change settings, it makes this sort of fix very difficult indeed.UPDATE: I have tried THREE Jasmine clocks now and they ALL had the same SOUR chimes, one was replacement clockworks directly from Howard Miller, but this clockworks had much better instructions. WARNING: Customer service is not what it used to be, I tried to contact the seller through Amazon, no response. I also tried to contact Howard Miller directly for help, no response. AND, there was no response to my bad review.

This is a good, accurate and nice on the wall product; the front opening window is a great feature, to replace batteries or change settings without removing it from the wall. The only problem I have is that the played music, it has 2 to select from, which are very, very poor - the clips are very short and do not resemble in any way with the song name they claim it plays. This, for me, is a draw back, when you have so many melodies around, on various competitors that sounds real, real good. I hope the manufacturer can do something about it; it is also quite expensive compare to what is on the market.

The clock we well packed and does exactly what it's designed to do. Adding the pendulum took a few minutes to install, but with some effort, we were able to manage.We love the sound of the clock and are well pleased with the purchase.
