I bought this to add to my Hayward pool pump’s discharge port to easily add and remove a hose as needed. It fit the pump perfectly and the 2” hose securely fit on the other end.

As advertised. It is what I expected. Good quality. No issues. Locked right in place as needed.

This was a replacement for one that cracked when dropped on cement floor. But it was getting worn from constant use. The rubber gasket was replaced about a year ago. And one of the arms snapped off. Again, floor. Tried aluminum, but they go out of round when they hit the floor. And the aluminum is not compatible with some dilute caustic cleaning solutions. The fitting works well enough.
