It’s a good set of headphones
Probably the best set of earbuds if gotten. They stay in. The sound is great. And the Lightning is the best feature. My only gripe is the connectivity. You go past certain areas with Wi-Fi towers, and the sound becomes scratchy. The battery life is ok but tedious when your on the road and the earbuds and case loose charge without and good battery indicators on the unit or the app or phone that includes the charge left in the case. Other than that, a solid set of earbuds.

Comfort and sound at a lower cost
First off they are pretty comfy and easy to pair. I got them on sale for $100 even and couldn't be happier. The sound is really good and the noise cancel isn't top notch but gets the job done. Using these to game isn't a bad option for ear Buds. With the app you get different sound settings and can change how they act when you tap on them. The battery could be longer and the sound and bass could be better but again these won't break your wallet. Specially if you get them on sale. I'd recommend them.

Super bright LED
NOTE: These are NOT low-latency. So, I removed one star. ----- I bought these for walking my dogs late at night so that people around me could clearly see that I was wearing earbuds and could not hear them if they spoke to me. The LED can be turned off via the app. Or you can make the LED do cool color tricks. I just leave mine at solid green with the highest setting though. It matches my dog's green LED collar. This past weekend we walked for an hour in a light-medium rain with no issue. I lost one of the buds and like these enough that I bought another set. Sound is "okay". I'm not an earbuds audiophile but these are enjoyable for most music. The only issue I have is the mode you set so that it amplifies external sounds. Like cars going past, or people talking to you. That mode is useless when you're outside because it amplifies the wind noise. They need to tweak the firmware to minimize the sound range that wind covers. I was really bummed that this mode is useless because I was excited to use it on our dog walks because it would have made it safer for me.

Cheaply made, not worth the msrp. Don’t bring them anywhere you might drop them on a hard surface.
I purchased these ear buds to use on my commute to and from work. My first pair started having connectivity issues three weeks into owning them. I had the replaced, and the second pair lasted me about a year before they ate it. The sound quality was fine, nothing to write home about, and the active noise cancelling did actually work, though to use the Razer software you NEED an internet connection (why you need to log into an account to change settings in the ear buds is ridiculous) so if you’re in a tunnel or out of service you’ll have to use the tap commands which don’t work well at all. I turned off the LEDs on them since the sub par battery life will only give you about 4 hours of use before it needs to charge. Due to the physical design of these ear buds, you will end up dropping them as I do. They are very slick, small, and have very curved edges which can cause them to slide right out of your hands. They also have a long stem that will get pushed around if you are wearing a hat, bandana, or anything that goes past your ears which can also lead to them getting knocked out of your ears. As I came to find out, the ear buds are made of two pieces, and the piece that holds the driver is very small and the plastic is very thin. As a result, a drop can pop it out as it appears the adhesive that holds it in isn’t very strong, and the wires that connect to the driver are also extremely small, possibly AWG #24 or even smaller. With the flimsy design, tiny wire and even smaller soldered connection, this lead to one of the ear buds breaking apart. If you’re going to purchase these, don’t bring them anywhere you may drop them on hard surfaces because odds are, they won’t survive.

I love these earbuds, better than any others that I've used.
Great sound quality. These things have some bass to them, and they're also powered by Razer Chroma for phones, so you can customize your colors too. Noise cancelling is OP. Outside sources will be close to muted, even if they're very loud. I wish the battery on the earbuds lasted a little longer though, and even with my most recent warranty claim (one of the earbuds discharged at a much faster rate than the other), Razer made it right after some troubleshooting, and replaced them pretty quickly. I'm a little upset about FedEx, who delivered the replacement later after already claiming it was out for delivery, but that doesn't really have much to do with Razer. Hammerhead > Airpods. No question.

An average product for premium price
I bought these earbuds strictly for gaming because I use other Razer products and all have been first class. These earbuds however do not measure up to that high standard. While there is nothing particularly wrong or "shoddy" about them, the in-game audio fidelity is not great; not terrible, but not what I expected from this supplier. Supposedly you can customize your in-game experience with the Razer Audio app, but as with so many manufacturer-supplied apps, it's extremely problematic, with difficulty pairing the app with the device, and various other irritating faults that you spend time trying to solve. I finally canned the app, and simply use the bare device for only some gaming in an effort to recoup my investment. Am I going to return them, no, because I've been gaming long enough to know better than to have high expectations based upon brand, so I'll just live and learn? And, could the issues with the app be successfully addressed? It's possible that Razer support could steer you in the right direction through countless exchanged e-mails, but I don't see spending $500.00 worth of my time on a $100.00 set of earbuds. I want to be plain that the earbuds themselves pair to a device almost immediately, and the controls are precise and responsive. The fit of the earbuds is not great, and the "condom-type" covers supplied, are not replaceable from razer, either as they came stock or in different sizes. My closing suggestion would be that if you want to game with great audio, just go with a cord-attached gamer headset for half the price of these earbuds.
