Speedball 12-Inch Round Masonite Pottery Wheel Bat

Works perfectly and I haven’t had any trouble with warping unless I use the same bat three or four times in a row. I store them on edge, especially when they are damp. I have purchased six of these. I leave big pieces on the bat to dry for a little while, the big pieces tend to soak the bat which warps it a bit but it always dries flat again.

I don’t love this as much as I love the plasti-bats, but it works. And I have noticed any warping. Fits a Brent-b model perfectly

These work perfectly with my Brent Model C wheel. Time will tell on how durable they are but so far I am completely satisfied.

I tend to like throwing on a masonite bat rather than plastic. The ones I ordered sat flat on my bat and the holes were drilled to correctly fit the bat pins on my wheel.

I ordered 3 of these. They were fine at first. I sponged them after each use and stored them vertically. After about one month of use, they are already warped. Im going to try plastic bats next time.

Es de MDF, es grueso pero vi unos comentarios de que si no es secado se pone pando aunque otro usuario recomendó ponerle capas de barniz para que no penetre el agua en el poro. Para ser de MDF está caro, conviene más el del plástico.
