I just received mine today and setup was simple. I, however, cannot locate the max fill line for the water level. Where is it?

There isn’t a max full line just fill it up till it’s full and just watch it get low then refill. Nothing technical just don’t let it dry up then pump will go out.

It has a USB cable that connects into a brick that plugs into an outlet. Similar to the USB cables and bricks used to charge cell phones.

I bought some from a different company and they came all smashed up and made them unuseable. How are these packaged?

I think I read yr review & you stopped me from buying the 20 pack! So thank you! These are great! I need to change the black filter more cuz I have a blind & spiteful guinea pig & chipmunks I rehilbiate that like to use this as a bath. It's not a drinking fountain anymore. I had to buy another one for the new cat to drink out of!
