I’m really happy with this shower head combo. Installation was straightforward — I used a little plumber’s tape on the pipe coming out of the wall just to be safe, but everything else screwed together easily and there were no leaks. The main shower head is a nice large size and still has great water pressure, even with a shower filter installed. I was impressed by how strong the flow is. It’s super easy to switch between the overhead and handheld, or use both at once if you want more water coverage. The handheld is lightweight, which makes it easy to use, though it does feel a little cheap in the hand. That didn’t really bother me though because it works great. Overall I’m very pleased.

Arrived within a few days of ordering. Nicely packaged with all components in box individually wrapped. No missing parts. Very clear installation instructions. Installation was easy, and no tools required. 7" shower head initially leaked where it screws onto the diverter, so I removed the washer that was provided and replaced it with a thicker one of the same diameter which I had in my toolbox. Perhaps I could have added the extra washer provided along with a wrap or two of the teflon tape (also provided), but I went with the thicker washer I just happened to have on hand. This model does not have multiple rain pattern settings on the 7" rain head, so it provides just a gentle rain when the diverter is set to that position. The hand shower has 6 rain pattern settings, and the diverter can be turned to use the hand shower alone, or in combination with the 7" rain head. Both positions maintain very good pressure. I prefer to use them in combination for complete coverage by the larger, gentler head and the more powerful, changeable patterns provided by the hand shower. In retrospect, I wish I had purchased the model that has adjustable rain pattern settings on the 7" rain head as well as on the hand shower. This product is very nicely styled and made, and is well-priced. Although it is plastic, it is sturdy and should last many years. That it is made in the US was a selling feature for me. I am satisfied with this purchase of Model # 3327 ($34.99) and absolutely would recommend it to others. it to others.

We had a normal (But quality!) sized shower head which worked fine but didn't have a hose so washing the dog in the tub was always a hassle with using a cup of water over and over to try to get the soap out of his fur. So I ordered a cheap dog washing attachment for $30 from another company, Waterpik. I wasn't even able to use it as the connector they sent was made of plastic and snapped off with the normal turning required during installation on the shower head. So I decided to splurge a little more for this, it looked like an improvement over ours and had an attached hose! And all in all, it has been an improvement. Showering is wonderful, really feels like natural rainfall and has perfect water pressure. And washing the dog is a cinch now! So why the 4 star review??? Well, the piece which connects the shower head to the J pipe sticking out of the wall, was mostly metal is seems but the ports with the threading seems to be plastic. Connecting it to the J pipe was fine. It screwed on easily and the adapter they include is holding it in place just fine. But attaching the hose to the bottom connection is another story. The threads stripped ALMOST IMMEDIATELY while installing. Which lead to the hose twisting on to a certain point and then losing grip and slipping a few threads. After using some more force, I was able to push past the worn threads and it seems to be holding fine for now with no leaks. But I'm nervous it will eventally pop off. So I'm ordering a new connector just in case. A word of caution, trimming down the included rubber seal they have you put into the hose connector may help. It seemed a bit too thick, causing the hose to not screw onto the shower head connection 100%. That being said, I would buy this product again; $50 is a great price for the feeling of luxury this provides. However, I do wish these companies would start using better materials. Pros: - Feels amazing - Separate sprayer is an awesome touch - Rinses suds quicklyout of the thickest hair (Even dog fur with an undercoat) - Different settings provide unique customizations to each persons preferences - $50 is a great price! Cons: - J pipe connector has plastic threads to connect the pipes too which can strip due to the thickness of the rubber seal included with the hose. Shave down the rubber seal to make it thinner so the hose will secure to the shower head better.

Well, it seems ok. The only problem is it had two washers and it looks like from the instructions that it calls for 4. But then, I'm not sure if the diagram in the instructions is showing the small metal rings, or a washer. They are not identified, and all 4 look like washers. But it did have some plumbers tape included, which is supposed to work as well as a washer, so I used that. We'll see how it goes. I just have to hook it up. I expect it all to go well. If it doesn't I will be back to modify this review. As long as it doesn't leak I'm going to overlook the whole washer thing and give it 5 stars. If it leaks it will have to be marked down. If it's currently at 5 you know it didn't leak. But, so far so good.

Easily installed works super well pressure is great from both sprays. the unit is easy to clean as expected. Will buy again when needed. Good price point compared to similar items.

The product came very well packaged in a small box, to the point where when I received it, I was very surprised that both shower heads fit inside. The installation was very easy and the instructions are clear and easy to understand. The water comes out at a great pressure, nothing leaks, and it's easy to switch the water between shower heads. The only thing is that the lever to switch water between the shower heads is high, so it may be a little difficult for shorter people. Overall, great purchase for a good quality product that performs exactly than expected.
