Giro Verce MIPS Women's Mountain Cycling Helmet

Good quality and fits properly.but amazon prime is getting lazier and lazier. delayed for a week and CS does not help at all.

I got this helmet to replace my 15 year old Bell helmet and I couldn't be happier. I've had some past head injuries that left my skull a bit more bumpy than I'd like to admit and it made helmet shopping a bit more time consuming. I went with the Giro Verce after trying on a few helmets and finding their womens series fits me the most comfortably despite my funky head shape.The matte black looks good with my gear and the purple is chill enough to not clash with anything. I covered the bright yellow MIPS sticker on the helmet with a Loom reflective sticker and added some additional stickers to boost the visibility in low light conditions.The helmet is super lightweight and comfy, it gets decent ventilation, is easy to adjust the fit, feels secure, and easy to unclip after a long ride. Over all, I really like my Giro!

But what I really love is how lightweight and breathable it is. I tackled a particularly brutal climb last weekend, and I barely even noticed the helmet was there. Plus, the matte midnight color is just sleek - I always get compliments on it at the trailhead.If you're looking for a helmet that's as tough as it is comfortable, look no further. This Giro (again, replace with synonym) has become my go-to for every mountain adventure.

This is a high quality piece of equipment, and it is much less expensive than my local bike shop charges (I'm sorry, I'd like to be able to support the local shop, but seriously this was like $20 less here). It's very comfortable on my head, easy to adjust, and the twist disc in the back that will adjust the fit is a really wonderful feature for proper fit and comfort. It feels good on my head, the wind can get through so it's not too hot, and the coloring is really nice as well on this.

As a newbie to cycling, this is the first bicycle helmet I’ve ever worn, but it is completely comfortable and cool in the Texas sun. Under chin strap adjusted very easily and I feel secure. The Hunky Hubby, whom is an avid cyclist, is pleased with the quality for the money spent, I am pleased with the deep pink color.
