This stuff is AWESOME! I bought this for my parents house. They bought a house that had been squatted in resulting in doors and windows being left open leaving the inside exposed to the elements and mice. After the first week trying to clean this mess up, my mom caught MRSA. I bought this stuff and SOAKED the entire basement in in from top to bottom. Nobody had a problem since. It killed the musty basement smell as well which is a huge plus. It does not have a strong odor either. 1 bottle covered half the basement so I'd say the value is worth it, especially with how effective the spray is.

The reason why I bought this was because i had mice in my home and there was poop to clean. Luckily I was able to get rid of them. This stuff is strong so I would suggest opening the windows or door for air to flow. However, this gives me a piece of my mind that the surfaces are clean. I leave it for about 10 minutes and with gloves i clean the mess up. I highly recommend to give this a try. This is a disinfectant not a cleaner to make your home smell good.

Worked well in my bathroom.. takes a couple tries depending on the amount of mold you are trying to kill. Smells like lemons , better then the mold smell
