Una tontería que hace que el posparto sea más llevadero. Los use la primera semana entre dos y tres veces al día. Los volvería a comprar.

These help quite a bit to reduce swelling, and they're a good size to fit where they need to. They're small so they only last about 10-15 minutes so I'll keep them on rotation in the freezer. Might even want another set to make it a little easier. If you don't want to get up as often, I'd recommend something larger.

I purchased theses cooling pads for an upcoming prolapse surgery, and was disappointed. These pads freeze up quick enough that I could ice every few hours. Perfect size!
