**Q: Is it the hard wrap or the softer wrap**
A: This is the softer wrap

**Q: What type of closure is it? Does it fray when you cut it to length?**
A: It is open (sealed cut) the whole length of the tube/wrap.  It's good quality, and there is minimal fraying when I cut it to length.  I used it for each of my ignition spark plug coils on a 1999 Volvo V70 Cross Country wagon.  Very happy with it so far (just over 1 year so far and all is well).

**Q: I need to protect cords from a rabbit to keep from chewing through.  Would this work?**
A: I would think so. We bought it because our cat kept chewing through my very expensive computer charging cables. It's very strong, and she can't even begin to inflict any damage when this product is around the cables. Good luck with your bunny-proofing project!
