The product is good. It does what is suppose to, build your masseter. The blue silicone tablet broke in a few days but that is a good sign to me as my jaw is getting stronger. I am still three weeks in with the red tablet. Tip: Combine it with mewing, and chewing falim gum.

Okay, it’s just day 1 but I’ll update this accordingly. The sheet said once you can do the blue (beginner) one for 40 reps, you’re probably ready for more, so my ego took this as a challenge. So I did 2 sets of 40 😎 and was stunned to not only see my jaw muscles show while doing it (crazy!), but I felt a great muscle burn (who knew?!). I’ll see if I have any soreness tomorrow and jump up to the next pair if not. So I’ll do this for 30 days and update this review to discern if it made any physical difference, aesthetically, but I got this just for the outside chance this might help in my combat sports. Whether I get hit or choked, I figured more muscle in the surrounding area would help pad/thicken/strengthen the area and leave me less susceptible to getting finished. UPDATE: Over 30 days (and not everyday, but most days), I worked up to the black one (only took about a week) and now do 4x50 with little rest. Other days I’ll do 50-40-30-20-10. I was never sore the next day, even on days I’d try to push it. As a trainer, I’ve always found success doing high rep/burnout sets when movements have small ROM. As far as aesthetics, I can notice a difference in how the first picture (green background), my jaw was almost in line with my neck. After 30 days, my jaw has broadened a bit (white background picture). I’m a fan. Will keep doing this and recommend it if your goals are similar to mine. Update: it’s now one year later. I broke the strongest one (black). Now I don’t know what to do. If I broke the strongest one, did I graduate?

Easy to chew and use. So far it hasn’t worn out completely yet but I’ve also been using it for only a day haha. I love the difference weight levels the variety of options is amazing. Pretty good product

Each one lasted maybe a week or so before tearing. It definitely worked for a little but quickly loses its strength (if thats the right word). Also hard to use it to strengthen the muscles you want and not just chew it on your molars like food.

What I mean by this is: I should keep the exercisers as far back in my teeth as I can (thinking wisdom teeth). And also I should not chew on them like gum. They are meant to be pressed and held, not chewed like a camel would. I obviously will need to order another set because I unfortunately cut through them and bits of material came off while chewing. I like these so much more than the ball type exercisers.

Works and targets better facial jaw muscles than any other exerciser ( especially JawZrsize)

I purchased the Mayen Sports Jaw Exerciser about a year ago to try out jaw exercise aids. The product came in a nice and sturdy box and plastic cases for easy storage. Independent of the jaw exercise, the product itself is small and an easy choking hazard for both children and adults In addition, the material and taste made me gag after a few seconds of use. I do not recommend this product.

While I can see the benefit that such a work out could give the jaw, this product is not designed in a way that provides consistency in reps as the two very small apparatus slip out from the bite very often, leading to biting the tongue or mashing teeth. The apparatus is also small enough it could potentially lead to choking. This is just of my opinion and observations after using it for a few weeks.

Perfect fit other are large no strain to joints in the jaw. I’m 60 been using this item for about a year now lost most of my wrinkles in my face and neck.

I have to be super honest - these break in 1-2 days. However, they are the best quality ones I can find, and with persistent effort, they have fundamentally changed the shape of my face. It is probably only noticeable for me, but it achieved the goals I wanted. My face is more anguler and defined. I am happy. These aren't perfect, but they did the job for me. It wasn't quick, just chewed them over 6 months. Now two years in, and I am very happy I started. If someone makes a better quality one let me know, but there work.
