First Little Readers: Guided Reading Levels I & J (Parent Pack)

We love the First little Readers books. We’ve bought the E-H prior to just now getting the I-L books. They are cute and fun stories, the books are great for little hands, and the illustrations are wonderful. Our second grader was struggling with her reading and between these books and the Ello Reading app she has continued to grow more confident and fluent in her reading. Great little books and the reading levels are right on parr. Highly recommend.

great set of books to practice at home with your child

My 1st grader struggled in reading this past year and I purchased First Little Reader book sets to practice this summer. We stay on the same book until he masters it and then move on to the next. I've noticed such an improvement in his reading and am so happy I bought these!

Great for birthday party favors

My child likes to read these, which is fantastic. I think these, and other reader books like them, have really helped to boost her confidence in reading. I think she is proud of herself when she finishes a book. She often will want to read more than one at a time, even though one at a time I all I ask of her, which makes me pretty happy.

These readers correlate with second grade reading level. They are long enough to get good practice in but short enough that my boys aren’t overwhelmed. I use these readers when my boys need to practice reading aloud to me but we don’t have a specific book from their reading lesson.
